King Source LLC operates Votena Growth Campaign Hub and provides customized professional marketing campaign planning, campaign workflow, and growth operations services for businesses and professional organizations.
Each service is performed specifically for the purchasing customer according to the scope stated on the applicable service page and based on the campaign objectives, business information, audience context, selected channels, and other information submitted by the customer.
Our services may include campaign launch planning, audience and offer strategy, content campaign planning, email campaign planning, conversion funnel review, growth experiment planning, multi-channel campaign planning, agency campaign operations review, growth operations planning, and enterprise campaign operations review.
We do not sell downloadable digital products, downloadable planning materials, templates, ebooks, software installers, or similar digital goods. We do not provide functional SaaS access, software platform accounts, customer dashboards, or software subscriptions as part of the services sold through this website.
All purchases are one-time service purchases unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. The exact scope, delivery timeframe, and support period applicable to each service are disclosed on its service page before purchase.
Placing an Order
You must provide accurate company, billing, contact and order information and complete payment before the customized service is performed.
Service Delivery
All purchases made through Votena Growth Campaign Hub are customized professional services. No physical products, downloadable digital products, or SaaS software access are included.
Within 1 business day after successful payment, we will send the customer an order confirmation and, where additional campaign information is required, instructions for completing the Campaign Intake process.
Work begins after both successful payment and receipt of all information reasonably required to perform the selected service.
Required information may include campaign objectives, audience context, offer information, selected marketing channels, existing campaign content, relevant URLs, available assets, current campaign observations, team context, and other information required by the purchased service.

Conversion Funnel Review Service — 5 business days

The applicable delivery timeframe begins after successful payment and receipt of all information reasonably required to perform the selected service.
If required information is incomplete, we will contact the customer for the missing information and the delivery timeframe will begin once the required information has been supplied.
Service completion and customized results are communicated electronically to the email address associated with the order.
Support Period
30 calendar days following service completion.
Restrictions
You may not use our services for personal consumer use, illegal purposes, unauthorized processing, malicious activity or misuse of our website and service process.
Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date the purchased service is received.
A service is considered received on the date we electronically notify the customer that the purchased service has been completed and the applicable customized service result has been made available to the customer.
Refund eligibility is not affected by whether the customer has reviewed or used the service result, submitted campaign information, completed intake or onboarding, or whether work has started or has been partially or fully completed.

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. After the refund is processed, the credit should appear on the cardholder’s account within 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s bank or card issuer.
Order Cancellation and Termination
Customers may cancel an order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Before service completion, a customer may submit a cancellation request at any time by emailing support@votenagrowthcampaignhub.com or calling (844) 295-5385.
After service completion, a cancellation and refund request must be submitted no later than 30 calendar days from receipt of the completed service.
A cancellation request becomes effective on the date and time the request is received by us.
If work has already started or has been partially completed, this does not prevent cancellation or refund eligibility when the request otherwise qualifies under our Refund Policy.
For eligible cancellations, payments are refunded to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy. We do not deduct the value of partially completed work from an otherwise eligible refund requested during the applicable 30-day period.
We may separately refuse or terminate service in cases involving fraud, unlawful activity, abusive conduct, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms. Any such termination will be handled subject to applicable refund rights.
Business Eligibility
Services are available only to businesses, professional practices and organizations purchasing primarily for commercial or professional purposes. They are not available to individual consumers for personal, family or household use.
Business Campaign Information
If your order requires campaign, content, channel, team, audience, performance or workflow information, you confirm that your business has permission and a lawful basis to use and submit that information. You remain responsible for privacy, confidential information, personal data, contractual duties and the lawful use of the service and its results.
Performance and Campaign Information
Marketing and campaign results depend on the audience, content, channel and workflow information supplied or maintained by the business. Every campaign, audience segment and operational detail should be reviewed before customer-facing or business-critical use. We do not guarantee specific productivity, revenue, conversion volume, engagement, customer outcomes or other business results.
